As a trusted online gaming platform in Bangladesh, kp999 believes that responsible gaming is an essential value. Gaming is primarily a form of entertainment — never a reliable source of income. We want every player to enjoy themselves, but always within their own means and limits.

Our Protection Tools

Here is a brief overview of all the practical tools kp999 provides to support your responsible gaming.

Set a Deposit Limit

You can set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased before the specified period — this helps you control your spending.

Session Time Limit

Set a time limit in advance for how long you will play in one session. When the set time is up, our system will automatically alert you and, if needed, end the session.

Time-Out Feature

If you feel you need a short break, temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours to 30 days. During this time, logging in, depositing and playing will be completely disabled.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a long break from gaming, activate self-exclusion. Your account can be kept fully closed for a period ranging from 6 months to permanent.

Loss Limit

Set in advance how much you are prepared to lose within a given period. Once this limit is reached, gaming will be automatically paused.

Age Verification

Age verification is mandatory when registering on kp999. No one under 21 years of age can open an account. Additional documents may be requested in cases of doubt.
